"The quiz bowl advisor was whiny. He clearly violated the rules, but refused to accept it. He then escalated the argument to include management. In the end, he was proven wrong, but refused to believe it. I hope the rest of the school does not share his arrogant and egotistic behaviors. This man took a game and turned it into a bigger deal than it was. His blatant disregard for for rules and lack of respect towards leadership is a terrible example to have in a place of learning. He should be removed from his position and replaced with someone more mature. The public school system already received enough gripe and situations like this don't help. His students were very nice and respectful throughout the whole process. I would like to apologize to them for having to go through this ordeal and hope they have a great season! "School blocks out all cellular data and wifi is worse then trash, bathrooms constantly filled with people. And no comfortable sitting spots."

"As I watch the news this morning as another school shooting is going on in Florida ?I realize that this could happen in our community the Gibraltar schools have shut down the downriver Alternative hi school and brought all the troublemakers back into the classrooms Mixed them in with students they really want to learn these are troublemakers!! that I have been expelled from Gibraltar school district because of the threats of blowing up the school ,shooting people, wanting to kill themselves ,refusing to do their work! They have took resources away from the kids that really want to work and get a good education . They took computers that our tax money paid for and they were supposed to be For students that really want to work and get good grades, and gave them to the alternative education program?this is wrong!! This whole situation is like a ticking bomb!"

Please do not enroll your precious children in this school systemBe proactive and not reactive; protect your children."
