"This is the worst place ever. When I made an appt to have my hair fixed from when they missed big patches of grey only two weeks ago by one of the students, to fix what was wrong, I was told I would have to pay. When I told them I didn't feel I should have to, Joel the owner/management said he wanted to charge me. Even when I said I would pay, he asked me to leave, even though I booked an appointment, and threatened to call the police. I do not recommend this facility and will report to the BBB. They ruin your hair and want to charge you to fix it "their learning experience." Joel is the rudest person ever."

"Want to give a good review because initial service was decent and they did what I requested. But I've left 3 voicemails in a month to get a touch-up and they aren't returning my calls. Not sure why but I'm moving on..."
