"Rude staff, no communication whatsoever, always hanging up. This place need to be shutdown and rebuild with professionalism. I’m filing a complaint with this staff as we speak because there isn’t a way my child had to miss days of school all due to THEM!"

"These people are the worse, whenever I call they never sound like they wanna do their job. The special needs bus drivers is NEVER around I swear every other day my son has a new bus driver with a new pick up spot that never get relied to me. This year my son bus drivers just ups b quits he gets a new one with no warning to us at all, so everything is different. I called this morning n got the most laziest person who just didn’t wanna do their job. Doesn’t have the bus turn around like every other time I call. Again my son has special needs so a routine is mandatory…. They need new bus drivers who actually wanna work……"

"GRPS needs to do better. The amount of issues I’ve had with Dean Transportation is insane. It is extremely unorganized and consistently runs late, causing kids to be on the bus or waiting for the bus for up to 3 hours. These kids already have long days and then you expect them to be on a hot bus for 2 hours. That does not tell me that you care too much about my child’s well being. I understand issues here and there, but it shouldn’t be constant. They also have pushed the time back further and further each year for when my daughter gets off the bus. The first year it was 4:30, last year it was 4:45, this year it’s 5:15! Like what is going on? Fix your system! It’s not working!"

"If I could give negative stars I would. Multi-million dollar contract with GRPS but can't even provide the services they're contracted for. Leave parents scrambling. You can watch your kids bus on the app never even stop for them but then be told by dispatch that the bus came early, no wait, it was late. Even though your kid stood out there for 15 minutes on either side of their pick up time and you watched it on the app never come. They can't even keep their story straight."

"Pretty much every other review is correct. You call with an honest question and the people who answer the phone are very rude and talk over you as you try to ask them something. They never seem to take accountability for any of their issues. They have reckless drivers, speeding down residential streets and slamming on their brakes to let kids off, with no apparent regard for other cars or pedestrians. There have been multiple times where the bus just doesn’t come to its scheduled stop at all, or shows up so late that kids are waiting out in the snow for half an hour before they get picked up. They’re wildly unprofessional and not even reliable. I don’t understand why GRPS and many other schools continue to sign contracts with such a company."
