"Hello , I first visited this hospital back few years ago when I moved with my friend to the east side , and they had the best service ever , and I can never forget when the owner himself woke me up one morning and asked me how everything was , that made me feel so good , I felt that I been cared about especially from the owner even though I was on pain medication I still can never forget his smiley face , then I moved back to the west side almost an hour and half away but still went back to the hospital , I was in business for over 30 years and I seen over 4000 customer aweek so i know what's customer service all about but I have seen this hospital service coming down gradually , but the last time I was there I had to discharge myself I was there for severe pinched nerve in my left shoulder and breathing issue which is usual for my condition I was there for over 40 minutes did not even get breathing treatment , never forget how Ethon talk to the patience and the red hair nurse do not know her name sorry , and again sorry Mr. Owner they are a must ago , but really it was a pleasure to meet you - but it sad to make the decision that I will never be back to that hospital again _ it was a hard decision for me to make but I had such bad service I swore it make me sicker to be in that hospital _ and I will never be back ..."
