"I was recently visiting my son in Muskegon & had run out of my medications. I went to two other pharmacies who told me it was illegal for them to fill because it was a controlled medication. In fact, that is a lie. They made me feel almost criminal. I am a 72 year old retired executive, but they showed neither compassion nor care. I called HomeTown Pharmacy on Whitehall Rd in N Muskegon. They were a God send in my time of need and filled my prescription without hesitation. In fact they had done it so quickly I couldn't believe the level of service I was provided. I'm in the process of moving to Muskegon to be closer to my son. HomeTown Pharmacy will become my regular pharmacy when I move."

"Many thanks to the great staff at this location. We're up in North Muskegon on vacation 1,200 miles from home in South Carolina, and I developed an eye infection that required medial care. The Doctor prescribed a medication to treat the infection and I went to pick it up at Hometown, only to discover that my medication insurance card was not in my possession. Mike and the staff took the time to look up the insurance info online. So I had a zero balance due instead of $150.00 plus. Thanks again for all of your kindness and help. If I could rate this business 10 Stars I would. Thanks again, Michael"
