"There’s clearly a reason why this hospital has a low rating. From what I saw the nurses and the floor staff is decent which is why I gave 3 stars but front desk workers specifically the African American lady with the short hair, older, typically sits to the right when you walk in is RUDE. Beyond rude. People like that should NOT be working in the hospital. I never complain as I’m in customer service myself but a hospital is a sensitive place for people and you never know what people are going through so the last thing you need is an attitude for no reason by someone you don’t even know nor knows you. Two days in a row. Couldn’t explain policy just responded with “okay” very rudely when questioning. Do better."

"The E. R. Staff, particularly Jessica was condescending, super passive-aggressive to say the least. Unprofessional, because she failed to do her job simply because she didn’t care for me questioning her actions. Unethical, because she left my mother on a bed pad unattended and never came back to assist her with the clean up. and rude, because when asked where was she when needing assistance, she said she got busy and never offered an apology. In addition to the poor service received in the emergency room, the security staff was useless and quick to jump to conclusions based on one sided information. Ineffective!"

"I was a little anxious about my surgery here because of some negative reviews, but I have to say, everything went smoothly from start to finish. Maggie in the surgical lounge was fantastic; she kept my family well-informed. The staff during pre-op, surgery, post-op, and discharge were all incredible."

"I would like to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Alley in the Emergency Department. I came into the emergency department with the worst abdominal pain, and she was the best NURSE EVER. Alley took very great care of me always made sure I was comfortable. Alley has the best personality and bed side manner ever!!! I had to get my blood drawn and I hate getting my blood drawn but she stayed by myself and held my hand the WHOLE TIME. Thank you alley. 1000/10. Even though I do not want to come back to the Ed ever, but if I had to come back I would love for her to be my nurse again. THANK YOU ALLEYY!!"
