"My experience felt like I was with family. Directions from Employee Health to HR to Imaging were easy and friendly. Everyone treated me very nice. I did not experience any issues. The Imaging Tech escorted to the E.D. For my X-rays. My experience was pleasant. I look forward to working at Garden City Hospital. It’s not every day you visit a Hospital and feel like you’re at home."

"If I could rate 0 stars I absolutely would. The nurses here have no respect or respect for a patients privacy. They really will try to hold you from leaving any way they can. Even when you request to leave. None of the nurses or doctors communicate with each other. They tried to treat my boyfriend for type 2 diabetes. WHICH HE DOES NOT EVEN HAVE. We will never return to this hospital. And I pray for anyone who has no choice but to go there. I HIGHLY recommend to drive the extra miles and go ANYWHERE else. This hospital is a joke and the staff are rude and will laugh right in your face."

"From the EMS team to the doctors, nurses, techs, radiology staff, MRI staff and all those other professionals around me, I thank you. The ER was extremely busy the evening I was there. Because I worked in Healthcare as a Clinician my entire professional career, my interest in what was going on around me was natural. I was in great pain but I tried this focus to help. The ability of staff to evaluate & prioritize was strong. Kindness was a breath of fresh air--constantly flowing. There were demanding patients who required time and great understanding. This was NEVER lacking. I wish I could recall the name of everyone who cared for me. But I can't! The one I do remember is "Brandy". She is a tech., I think. She smiled and chatted with me as she took great care of me. Even when I needed something & called to her as she walked by, she responded in such a kind way. That alone helped me deal with the pain. Bless Brandy and all who cared for me."

"Staff was extremely friendly. They have a very kind bedside manner and when I expressed I had some fears about a test, they were understanding. I couldn't find the address where imaging was located from my GPS, so I went inside the main entrance of Garden City Hospital to the information desk. The friendly staff at the information desk pointed behind the desk to a long hallway where the imaging department is located - inside the hospital. The GPS could be more clear, so I included a couple of photos of the imaging department signs inside the main hospital. I hope this helps someone who may be a little confused about finding the building like I was."
