"The team that helped me today at the Garden City facility, was phenomenal. There was a lady who came in and was just horrible to the girl checking people in. This girl was patient and wonderful with her. The lady ended up leaving saying “I don’t like your attitude.“ However, it was the lady who had the attitude, not the girl at the front desk. She handled it like a pro. The woman was ridiculous. Perimeter I couldn’t have asked for better care. The whole entire place was great."

"My experience was awesome. Everyone is very nice, professional and helpful. They don't mind listening to the patient which is great. To me it means they truly were there to help. Not just rushing you out the door. I will definitely go back if I need to."

"The receptionist was very kind and helpful when I came in and helped me with filling out the required documents. The place was clean, but I was there at the end of the night (last patient) and some of the lights were either off intentionally or not working. It felt somewhat dark in the waiting room. When I met with the nurse and the doctor, they both were SUPER kind and worked fast. This was really nice since they seemed low on staff (again, it was the end of the day) and they were behind on my scheduled appointment even though there was only 2 people in front of me."

"The first time I was here, the receptionist couldn't be bothered to be friendly but this time was a different person and she was really nice. Wait times can be a little drawn out, even if you make an appointment, but i assume thats more to keep track of whats coming in, instead of actually having an appointment time to be seen. The doctor and nurse were very 'to the point' which I prefer. They all wished me well as I left, which made me feel good."

"This place is terrible !!! We’ve been twice now a year apart and both times it’s the same, nobody at the reception desk, the lights are off in the staffing area , we signed in online and nobody even acknowledged we were there after 45 minutes we left others were there before us one lady stated she’d been there an hour without acknowledgment !! They didn’t call in our scripts the original time we went, while we were waiting to be seen another gentleman came back with the same issue his pharmacy had no scripts on file, it felt like they were trying to deter people from staying because it was the weekend, lights off and ignoring everyone until y you leave we’ll never go there again ! We left and went to the Northville location on Haggerty it was like night and day, friendly staff kind and caring, lights on, addressed and seen within minutes and complimentary coffee while you wait ! That’s excellent customer service we felt well taken care of !"
