"We had a good experience with the Woodbridge facility. However, their billing system is absolutely atrocious. I have absolutely nothing but loathing for dealing with them in attempting to get an itemized bill, called their automated system 4 times before getting an itemized bill. Instead of having a description of the charges, it's codes that mean nothing and give you no idea if they are charging you for something that you weren't given. Forget about trying to get someone on the phone as well! It took 4 months to get any useful information."

"Someone called me from their office to inform me that the gel injections the doctor said only certain insurance company would pay for to relieve the pain in my knee would be covered by my insurance. So I went ahead and had three injections, three consecutive weeks in a row. Only to find out that this is not true. And I received a bill for $522.09. Be sure to call your insurance yourself, if you get anything done there I think this is a travesty when you expect just to pay your co-pay when you leave and you end up with a giant bill, because you trust they know what they’re doing , well, they knew what they were doing all right ripping you off!"
