"I don't know why so many negative reviews. we have (sadly) been to way too many urgent care places in all of Kalamazoo area....thanks to Covid, it has been impossible to get into our primary for ANYTHING!!! This place, has been nothing but AMAZING to myself, my husband and my 2 little ones. We LOVE Dr. Crabtree and Dr. Cowing....the nurses are up beat, so so nice and they are FAST and clean, efficient and they LISTEN.....the biggest issue I have always had was that Doctors and Nurses don't LISTEN....they jump right into a prognosis without hearing every little thing and then throw meds at ya....NOT with these two guys! They ROCK!!!!! Thank you!!!"

"In January, I went in having trouble breathing and coughing. After (very expensively) testing negative for COVID and influenza, they wanted to do MORE nose swabs, which I refused. He finally guessed I had bronchitis and prescribed steroids. Then asks me, "what else I wanted," regarding medications. I was shocked! I wanted to feel better. 1 month later, they x-ray my leg. It's broken. They don't even give me 800mg ibuprofen. Just put me in my car and sent me home in extreme pain until I saw a specialist. DAYS later. Far less than impressed with the PA. I won't go back. What they charged me to send me home in extreme pain was absolutely pathetic."

"Unfortunately zero stars isn't an option. I'm a nurse, have been for years. I know how healthcare goes. Only urgent care in the area. I've been there 3 times and each time treated poorly. Last visit I was refused care for an urgent situation and told to go to the ER for something that isn't an emergency. We'll, now that it isn't being cared for it will most likely be an emergency."

"Always have a great experience here. Wait times are generally much shorter than portage/kzoo urgent cares. The nurses/MAs are very sweet. The doc I always see is nice, knowledgeable, and gives good advice."

"I took my nine-month-old in yesterday to be seen because we couldn't see his pcp until next week. I called prior to make sure that they were aware we were coming in close to closing time and they seemed fine with it at that point. As soon as we got there and walked through the door the very first thing the nurse working the counter said was "you do realize we close at 5 right?" To say the least there was only one nurse working in the back who was very pleasant. The PA that worked with us not only gave unwanted advice but also failed to see the ear infection in my child diagnosed today less than a day later. I felt like these people did not care about us at all. I will not be returning and I would recommend anyone else looking for urgent Care to go to Kalamazoo or Battle Creek. I've never been made to feel as unimportant these folks made us feel."
