"Came in for consult on my annual and labs with my primary, Dr. Kellie Sanders-Kizer. Waited just long enough to fill out my form before I was called. Dr Sanders is wonderful! She is so patient and listens to me about how I feel and what my body is doing. She takes time to explain things when I have questions. She makes sure that I’m up to date with necessary immunizations and tests. I trust her implicitly! I highly recommend her! The front desk staff and all the nurses are awesome too!"

"Front desk staff was a little uncaring. I felt like I was treated like I had the plague. I was obviously there because I didn't feel good. With no explanation I was told to follow the front desk staff to a room. I had to ask why, and was told quite abruptly "we don't know what you have" you need to sit in this room. This was done with a follow up appt. 4 days later even by the same person. If we are required to mask up, which I did, why would you have your staff not mask up as well. By the way, not another person in the waiting room while I was there too. I'm guessing your staff is afraid of getting sick. Maybe they should rethink their profession? A little compassion and good customer service goes a long way!"
