"Even though it's tucked away in that little plaza next to Marco's pizza, i had no real trouble finding the place. Clean space, and nice smokey smells as soon as you walk in, like someone just got a bonfire going. We bought 2 platters. The brisket was amazing, the ghost pepper sausage was fire, and those ribs fell off the bone. I'm a huge stickler about ribs, and those are some of the best I've had in a while. The fat on them melts in your mouth. Will be coming back for more soon. Shout out to Tim for being a really nice guy and having great customer service. I dont think I've ever sat down for a meal somewhere and felt like i was at a friends house for dinner. You guys nailed it!"
"First time here. Ordered lunch for the 3 of us at my State Farm office. Food was amazing and portion sizes were just right. We will definitely be back!!"
"This was a food truck at Sage Creek Winery in Memphis, MI. We ordered the sausage because they were sold out of brisket and mac 'n cheese. The smoked sausage was so full of jalapeño that we both had burning mouths and indigestion all night just for eating one piece. We fortunately tossed the remainder. Stop selling this terrible sausage. What a waste of our money. Do not eat this."
"Excellent BBQ! Everything was so good. We had the ribs, both dry rubbed and Asian style. Their brisket was tender & flavorful with just enough smoke. The baked beans were delicious. My son in law enjoys to barbeque and smoke meats, his words to me after eating Twisted Street BBQ was " I was blown away!""
"We were driving by and seen the sign so we decided to try. They are only open on Fridays at this time so it was a happy accident. My husband and I ordered the platter pit master to split. It was a good portion of food. Chicken wings- great smoke flavor and tender, got them naked with sauce on the side. Ribs- great smoke ring and flavor, tender cooked wonderful. Brisket- fall apart tender great smoke flavor. Pulled pork- a little dry and lacked seasoning. Mac and cheese- nothing to write home about flavor wise. Corn bread- taste was great but very crumbling. Pit beans- awesome flavor definitely worth trying. All in all service was fantastic and food was good and we will be back and hopefully see them on the food truck circuit!!"
