"I walked in and was immediately treated like a family member from Katie! I received wonderful service! I am definitely impressed with Katie and the rest of the staff on January 22nd in the morning! "I don’t know if I consistently do something wrong every time I go, just by being a human being… But when I asked for utensils for my soup and half sandwich this time, and was handed a fork and knife with an attitude & eye roll on top of the many other times, I’ve come in or ordered online and have gotten poor customer service, I just don’t feel I deserve that. Maybe I do, or maybe that’s just the city’s standard of businesses and customer service but I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I know I marked on my online order for there to be utensils included, and I’m glad I asked because last time I didn’t get them even though I checked the utensils box, because this time I asked for them in person still just in case and checked the bag when I got in my car and there weren’t any, and i cant eat soup with a fork and knife lol. Three strikes and you’re out, lost my business. sucks because the food is good."

"Worst panera bread I ever went to in my life I went to pick up a order and I asked for extra dressing and they gave me none. Just because I didn't give a tip I thought if I picked up my order I shouldn't have to give a tip. The salad wasn't even full. I just moved here from Orlando FL and at least there they actually have decent panera breads I won't ever go here again. First time coming here will by my last"
"Order was mostly ready when I arrived, and nice people. Only thing I was disappointed by was when I had ordered a carafe of coffee they were training someone. The carafe was messy and unfortunately had to deliver it as it was for a customer of mine."
