"First time ordering from this chain. Food was good, but not great. The sauce on the pad se ew was SO heavy… it was like gravy. Would be better if mixed with rice, but it’s already a noodle dish. And the hot and sour soup was so thick it was like mashed potatoes and gravy."

"From out of town, thought I'd try the local thai joint. I ordered a vegetable curry, my usual at any thai place. Unfortunately theirs was very oily and tasted burnt, I couldn't even eat it. Mistakes happen, but the one star is for the terrible customer service. When I called they said the oil was normal and refused to refund my money, or even cook me a different dish. Basically, told me I'm stuck with the pool of oil that they call a vegetable curry, and nothing for my troubles. Unless you like overpriced oily burnt food and bad customer service, I would avoid this restaurant, and thus avoid dysentery from consuming that much oil."
