"Last night I went to the drive thru. They had no chili and wouldn’t get me any water unless I paid $2.38 for a glass of water. Tonight I went there again. I brought my own glass for water and they refused to fill it without charging $2.38. I don’t think this is the kind of service Dave Thomas would have approved of."
"Although there are 4 stellar employees an older lady an older gentlmen and a younger lady and a younger gentlemen that are nice freindly they conversate and the food is done so fast Everytime at this location 3-430pm the service is horrible i waited at the speaker for about 10 mins when there was nobody in line/ in store workers were very rude and bad service lady would hap hazardly just gave me the bag Food was spilled all in bag fries were cold no salt. The mornings and after 5 seems like different crews and they are phemominal very quick, and respectful. But the mid day is horrible. Some guy talking about his mixtape he made. Like a hang out party in the back instead of working"
