"Everything was good until we got our dinner. We ordered the chicken tender dinner and the tenders were completely different, they looked like they were from a frozen food bag. I asked our waitress if they have different chicken tenders, she rudely said that these are the same ones they always had, which is not true we ordered them a month a go when we were there. She then ignored me and just talked to my wife for the rest of the time."

"It started 10/10 then TO NEVER RETURN. I went in with my family for my son birthday on 2/8 The service was beautiful, food delicious. My kiddos loved it even talk with the manger. Then here comes the cashier with a attitude being very rude and nasty to me. I don't know if it's because she had more then one job to do. I really don't appreciate the disrespect of her rushing me it was in front of my children. Her attitude makes no return for my family. My daughter told the manger, she'll like to work there. I will refuse for her to ever learn to be nasty to others of any skin color. I hope who ever owns it have company meeting on how to treat customers."

"I've been coming to Big Boys since I was a child. 3 decades away has not dimmed my love of the place. It wasn't until returning that I realized just how much my food preferences are rooted in the Metro Detroit area. It's good to be home. The service, at noon on the 2nd of January, is great. Friendly people from the greeting to the cashier. Tshaun was like a little brother! My Big Boy & fries was exactly as I recalled and desired. The fries are hot, just lightly salted and stayed warm through my meal. Can't honestly say that about any other similar place. The place is clean, airy, relaxing. The food is on actual plates, the drinks in glasses. So much different than all those fast-food places. And Michigan people are amazing! As I was leaving, another customer noticed that a penny, 1 cent, had fallen out of my pocket - and gave it back to me! (I'll have the hot fudge ice cream cake next time)"

"The restaurant was clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and professional. Our server, Ashley, was warm and super helpful! She was quick to anticipate our needs and took excellent care of us. The omlettes we ordered looked good but were lacking in taste. The eggs were an odd consistency, kind of rubbery, and the meats inside tasted more like processed or frozen rather than fresh. Of course, the hashbrowns were good, and the hot cakes were perfect. We took home a whole strawberry pie- it was amazing!! We loved it!! Thanks for a nice experience."

"Food was excellent. Service was good, we did have an issue with Groupon but that was not the restaurant's fault. Just means we can eat again."
