"This is one of my new favorite spots in all of grosse pointe. The salad bar is available on the weekends. It's by far the best salad bar in all of the area. The food is delicious here. Really enjoyed the fish and chips and they also had Bosco sticks!! Overall a great experience and our server was fantastic! I believe her name was Mariah. Street parking was available."

"We were looking for a place to have lunch after my mother's funeral. It was difficult to find a place on short notice in December. I didn't know Village Grille had a separate room until someone told me about it. I'm so glad they did. The room was clean and bright with nice subtle decorations for the holidays. They were able to accommodate our party of about 35 on short notice and had many dairy-free options available since we had multiple people attending with dietary restrictions. The food was wonderful and service was well done. There was room for additional people if you have a larger group. Food was served buffet style and was hot and there was plenty for everyone. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a separate room for a gathering."

"Amazing place! Very cool sports bar with flat screens at the tables on oneside, and a trendy restaurant on the other. The food was quite good, and our server, Hannah, was great! Oh, and their bathrooms are so clean!"

"We arrived at lunch time and there were tables available, but they were reaching capacity. We were only at our table for approximately 3 minutes before the wit staff acknowledged us and ask for our drink orders. Shortly after that our waitress came to the table and she was very friendly, incredibly knowledgeable in reference to the capacity of the kitchen and the menu. Once we ordered it was roughly 12 minutes before the food arrived to the table. I tried a new item on their menu which was their black and blue chicken wrap. The bread has almost a sweetness to it. It is a perfect texture and thickness for being a wrap. The lettuce was perfectly crisp and green, and the tomato was sliced to 1/8 of an inch perfectly ripened and plentiful within the wrap. The chicken was grilled, very tender and had a nice flavor to it. The blue cheese was throughout the entire wrap and had just the right flavoring to off set the bacon and the chicken. There was not too much mayonnaise, which was a pleasant surprise. Only a small amount and it added a hint of flavor. However, it was incredibly salty. I'm not sure if this was an accidental over salting, but I was unable to eat the wrap because it was so very salty. It tasted as if someone had taken the top off of a salt shaker and just poured salt into it. I picked out individual things, scraped off seasoning and then ate the tomato, the lettuce and chicken separately."
