"I’ve been here half a dozen times or more. The chicken and shack potatoes are great, but the service is awful. The employees seem to move in slow motion and most of the time, they’re all in the kitchen, to include whoever is supposed to be dealing with customers up front. Very frustrating. I suspect employee turnover is high so ownership understandably doesn’t want to invest a lot of energy in training them."

"I ordered this messed up chicken sandwich below. They used to make the chicken sandwich with a breast now they are making it with a chicken tender. The tender was dry & hard. Over cooked. I called the restaurant & asked about the sandwich & the young lady put me on hold & came back and said they make the sandwich with a tender. Ok, if you want to use a tender, then use 2. Make sure they're not dried out. HORRIBLE. DISGUSTING."

"Disgusting! Place is filthy, staff were rude. Went in around 5pm last night to pick up a Doordash, I've been to other locations without a problem, first time at this one. Walk in, rap music blasting through the restaurant. Nobody was at the front counter, all standing in the back listening to one employee telling a loud and expletive filled story. While I'm standing there I take a look around and it was just gross. Grime and dirt caked to the floors, to the sides of the counters, everywhere. Counters were cluttered with stuff falling all over. What I could see of the back was even worse to the point I pulled out my phone and started snapping pictures. Well apparently that finally caught one employee"s attention because she she rudely asked what do I want? I smile, show her my Dash app and say the name of the order I'm picking up. She says something under her breath to another girl, rolls her eyes and goes back to the story. The other girl comes out, shoves the order in my hand without a word and walks away. So I get in my car and it STINKS so badly that I had to the tie the bag closed. I was almost to the point of gagging. Anybody who works in restaurants, especially around fryers, knows this smell! Really old, over-used, burnt fryer oil and it was coming from this poor lady's food! I drop off the order and warn the lady that it smells awful and if she has any issues she may want to call corporate. She thanks me at the door and I get a message in my Dash app almost immediately after that she'd had to throw ithe whole thing away. I guarantee you if the health inspector walked in there today, they'd be shut down! I certainly won't be eating there!"
