"Ordered online. Didn't get mac n chz nor side chz sauce. Nuggets were very salty. Biscuits were stale & hard. Service was received with an eye roll."

"We were told our order would take 20 mins to cook in the drive thru, and we were more than willing to wait. We got up to the window, waiting behind another customer. The person ahead of us left due to no service, ee should have as well since no one greeted us for about 10 mins, we waited as we knew they said it would be 20. Finally someone opens the window and says the total. We pay for our order and wait again. Meanwhile, we see improperly dressed employees goofing off on their phones, paying us no attention. 5 mins later, an employee opens the window and says, "my manager want me to ask what u was waitin on" and we said the bowl order we .. and the guy closes the window mid sentence and says nothing else. Another 5 mins go by a lady walks to the window, sees us then leaves. 2 mins later she comes back and practically throws the food at us and closes the window. We check our order, it's wrong. We wait at the window and NO ONE RETURNED. We left extremely unhappy customers. Do not go here. Whatever "manager" was working here needs to be fired."

"They said they didn't have cookies. I asked if they had brownies. They said "yes", I said ok give me three brownies. I got home open my boxes, and they literally gave me three pans of brownies. I looked at my receipt, and it was $20 in brownies. I can't imagine that wasn't a bad joke. They also forgot 2 of our small sides. The chicken was original, not extra crispy, the biscuts were raw , and it was all cold."

"Ordered online a family bucket of extra crispy chicken. With 2 sides of coleslaw & Mac and cheese. It was ready to in a paper bag with handles when I got there. My name was on it at the front counter under a heat lamp. I checked with them before I grabbed it. Cool! I was in & out fast & on my way to pre Xmas gathering. Unfortunately, NOT! The paper bag broke open from the bottom as held it by the handle just as I stepped outside to the parking lot. Half of the chicken spilled out & the gravy cup spilled open too (I didn't order gravy or the mashed potatoes). Also, I found out they left out a coleslaw & 2 containers of Mac and cheese. They were busy, and didn't seem all that interested in dealing with my issue. But, nevertheless, after about 15-20 minutes, they managed to get me a new bucket of original (they didn't have enough extra crispy) & got me the sides that I actually ordered. Moral of the story: check the contents of the bag before leaving + hold the bag at the bottom or risk it breaking. Note: I'm very appreciate of the crew & all their hard work!"

"There's an older lady that works there she's been there for years. I don't know her name. But I have never seen a more pleasant person in my life. She is the sweetest thing. Your other co-workers are great. They are courteous and respectful and they get you in and Out. They always make sure you get your order correct. I go to the one at martin and harper and saint clair shores love this place."
