"Went to the drive through at 11:45pm just for the girl to ask how we were doing and say they were closed. The hours on their website say they are open until 2 am and there were two cars in front of us that were able to order. Horrible service."

"Ordered food... they don't let you order at the counter so what I wanted I couldn't do... as the kiosk won't let me do it. It took over 35 minutes to get my food, so much for fast food. Don't go to this location unless you got a couple hours to spend. That was crazy."
"Something wrong internally, like not enough staff due to wages too low or poorly managed, food is always good but it's severely slow / long wait even with the staff going as fast as they each can, went to drive thru this afternoon on a weekday, not the busiest time and staff were working like speedy machines, the woman at the pull up window was literally moving as fast as possible without saying a word just getting things, but there was still a noticeably longer wait vs most fast food places, so imagine the busy evening or weekend, once had to bail on an evening stop because had been in line for 40 minutes and still 2 cars ahead of me, but the staff are working their butts off, I don't agree with reviews blaming the staff it's a deeper problem"
