"Terrible service! Employees don't care about their jobs. Called in the order, waited 20mins to pick it up and still waited 20 mins at the restaurant. On top of that they didn't give me my bbq sauce that I paid 90 cent for."

"I placed a order 30 minutes before closing. Asked the young lady would it be ok to place order she said yes. Got food chicken bites were hard and overcooked. The potatoes in both meals were undercooked. I called to let the manager know of my experience; response was maybe because we were closing in 30 minutes and she apologized but wow. Unbelievable. Never have a had a compliant about this location , except now. SMH"

"I visited Chicken Shack on Mack Avenue in Detroit recently, and I'm extremely disappointed by the experience. Despite the supposed convenience of an automated ordering and payment system, the service was painfully slow. To make matters worse, on a previous visit, I had to return because my chicken was undercooked. I decided to give them another chance, but to my dismay, the service was just as slow as before. As I waited in the lobby, I watched my order sit on the counter for an unacceptable amount of time. When someone finally bothered to address me, it was only to ask for the last 4 digits of my number. The lack of care and attention from the employees was blatantly obvious, and it's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. This kind of disregard for basic food safety standards and customer service is completely unacceptable. It's evident that the employees at this location lack a fundamental level of professionalism and care for their customers. I was left feeling frustrated and disrespected by the entire experience. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and makes significant improvements to the service and food quality at Chicken Shack on Mack Avenue. "The cashier is very rude n a young men just throws ur food in the spin thing where u grab ur food from… they are a bit pricey to be having bad service!!!! When u place ur order they never listen always something wrong with my order. Even on the phone she is very rude. I love they food but after today I will no longer be going back!!! They gotta do better with they customer service or they will soon be out of busy!!!!!"
