"The handicap parking (parking in general) is awful! First there is almost always a line of cars parked in the fire lane. Sometimes blocking thee front door for people dropping off at door so that people have to stop in the middle of the road to drop a ramp. Second they desperately Need to re-stripe the parking ramp!! There is no accountability for the patient, my husband has a TBI and Post Concussion Syndrome, his inability to communicate was used against him. IT IS REPUGNANT AND ABHORRENT THAT PATIENTS ARE TREATED THIS WAY !!! As a Registered Nurse, I would never do this !!! ****Ethics in general are the moral principles that dictate how a person (Medical Professional) will conduct themselves. We had to wait until the Ethics Committee made Dr. Galang and Nurse Practitioner LUCY LEDESMA correct their mistakes. IT WAS FINALLY REMOVED AFTER MANY CALLS AND 0 RESPECT !!! Why??? We were supposed to see Markay and Scott on Sept 20, but they did a no-call, no-show!! If we do that we are penalized for that. There is still issues that the ethics committee will not help with.
