"Those card readers at the drive-thru have GOT TO GO! Run the card like every other place, everywhere. I gather that the use of these is to "answer the question" and give a tip... Which is ridiculous to start with. I went along for months with that, gave tips, but NEVER got a thank you for doing so. No I select "no tip" and just get a more rude attitude (even compared to the "no thank you" for previous tips given!). The card reader is awkward and difficult to do for some of us based on which car we drive, etc. Please don't make it difficult for your customers to give you money! That's a bad business model. As for tipping; it's really just got to go. We assume the price we pay for blended up ice and fruit is for the labor involved. They aren't waiting tables!"

"I just left the drive thru and the young woman who waited on me was extremely rude. She didn’t even say thank you and then I realized the straw she gave me was small she replied rudely “those are the only straws we got” I want the manager to contact me on here because this type of behavior is so unacceptable! I won’t be treated like that and I requested a refund because I was very unhappy! The other young ladies that were working were very nice except that one at the drive through. Please fire her! I have copy of my receipt in case you need info on it."

"Smoothies are fine.. but there needs to be some training videos on CUSTOMER SERVICE for a certain brunette working the drive-thru. Rude employee, who did not say a word to me at the window, simply stuck that credit card pole contraption thing in my face looking for a tip. The other time I went, a brown-haired boy was working- so nice & polite… but that girl. Tuh"

"Almost everything is great when I order from here. But there’s an issue, every time I get drive thru or delivery they NEVER include a straw. Even if I get an edible straw (they still charge me) I don’t get it with my smoothie. This has happened about 6 times. It’s still great and is reliable for everything else but they don’t include the straws even if you PAY for them."
