2941 Street Food - Washington Township

"The food was amazing. The lady service was so sweet and friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed and contemporary. My young son enjoyed the food and his time here. And it was easy to find things to eat even with an extremely restrictive diet."

I was happily on my way to go cash in on the over 200 points I thought I had. No matter how much I like your food, I will never patronize your restaurant again. Your reward policy is insulting. Especially since your employees NEVER mention it, and over half your staff has no idea how to credit you with points after a purchase. If you’re gonna have this little concern for your customer base while food is as expensive as it is, than you won’t miss us when we’re gone. "I went to this place twice, once in May and the other time now in October. Both times was terrible service. The people don’t know what they are serving/ doing. First time, I told the girl it was My first time there, there was a couple items I missed when creating a bowel and she didn’t even ask or mention that I didn’t get a dressing or sauce. She also forgot about my falafel, so it was Burnt when she put it into The bowel after I mentioned it . The second time I came, I asked for wheat the man put rice ( I told him right away that’s wrong). Then everything was fine until I asked for the Persian cucumbers and pickled beets. He did not give me cucumbers, he gave me something else that I’m not even sure what it was. But I missed him putting the wrong thing since I was with my 1 year old and had to tend to him. So I got home and realized he didn’t give me the right thing. They also messed up my husbands orders both times as well. They need to get the owner in to train and better supervise these employees. Wont be coming back since I gave them another shot and they still messed up. Also, it wasnt Busy both times I came, so if they didn’t know something they could have asked or taken their time to get it right."

"Do not go to this 2941! I was disrespected and yelled at by one of the employees because I was on the phone when I walked up to the counter to take my order. I had the phone to my ear, but I was not talking on the phone I told the person on the line to hold on. I was being attentive and respectful to the employee while ordering my food and he proceeded to tell me "I can either order food or take the call." I was in complete shock. He then walked away and said he "couldn't deal with me" I had done nothing wrong. I will never go back into that building. I felt uncomfortable and left crying because of the way he acted. So unprofessional and disrespectful. Super sad considering I love the food, but employees like that will ruin a business!"
