"Came here at 10:20pm on a Thursday because it says they close at 11:00pm and I waited in the drive thru line for 8 mins and no one spoke. I pulled up to the drive thru window and a woman was sitting down and saw me and never got up. A few mins later someone finally came and very rudely said they were close. There were multiple employees in the store."

"I came her every day for the past two days with my friend and we walked to the front and they al ready knew our order the chicken sandwich and the fries are so good I might come here every day instead of taco bell"

"Ordered 2 bowls, 2 small macaroni and cheese through DoorDash. This is now the fifth time my husband and I have ordered from this KFC through DoorDash there’s been an error where they forget an item or it is wrong; one of the bowls is missing. Sides were missing before this order, and drinks previous times prior to that. Why is attention to detail so poor at this location? We don’t really have a choice of going another store that isn’t out of our way in relation to where we live. Management really needs to train their staff to quality check so this doesn’t happen repeatedly."

"This was the worst experience of my life at this KFC on 12 Mile and Dequindre I would never come back Jennifer is by far the rudest manager there is Jennifer it cost 0% to be kind you don't know what people is going through I asked for a classic crispy sandwich I got a greasy nasty chicken sandwich that's what she served me I don't eat stuff like that I called her I brought the sandwich back she didn't say I apologize for the inconvenience she absolutely did nothing! all I wanted was a classic Crispy chicken sandwich and not a greasy nasty sandwich when you pushed the meat together all you see is grease look at that sandwich Jennifer needs to be fired she doesn't exemplify manager material. And I said what I said! All that dog on Grease! I'm definitely letting my colleagues know never to go to that KFC again"

"This KFC location is clean and well managed. Staff are polite and professional. Their dining room is clean and updated. We visit this location from Canada and the menus are really different! The portions and prices are reasonable and the food is always made to order. I like the fact that the location still has the small fill bowls. Also if you get a chance try the Mountain Dew sweet lightning, it taste like back in the days Timmies carbonated peach drink. It would be nice to see KFC offer some hot flavored items as the Nashville hot could be a notch or two hotter."
