"They care about you taking leftovers home if you had the endless shrimp the other locations I have been to have never done that. Pina colada was chunky as well and didn't refill drinks avoid this location!!!"

"We are not Red Lobster usuals but go there once in a while for a quick lunch and was always ok. This review is more towards the manager of this location and the food quality. I ordered one of the lobster combos. Lobster tail + shrimp and some sides. The tail came empty but you can’t tell at first… They put shrimp on top and they supposedly put the lobster meat pieces on the side….Well, I literally got 3 pieces the same size as the one you see in this picture. After removing the shrimp and seeing the tail was empty I told the waitress who was super nice and she called the manager who basically didn’t care at all… She said that’s how they do it now, they take the meat out and put it on the side, I insist, I got two more pieces of this and she walk away saying “yes that’s the meat” .. she was saying this while walking away and was by the table next to us…Rude, arrogant and let me add… ignorant. I guess she doesn’t know her audience… She might think I don’t know what a lobster tail is and how it should be served… And I understand this is a chain and not a medium or high scale restaurant but still… this is insulting. Do not take the meat out and give me the full tail. There is no way that was the meat of a full lobster tail, even a small tail like this… Customer service is dead and it’s really sad"

"One of my fav place. Got to get the endless shrimp. Food and service was great. Our server Royel was awesome. She made sure our drinks and food was always refilled. She was very polite and made the experience great. Will 100% recommend."

"So we went for girls night and it was busy busy. Thank goodness we had a reservation. We still had to wait 20 mins. Everything was going well until our waitress just disappeared in the middle if our dinner. Then we find out she got fired. They never game and told us anything until our whole section started complaining. Other then those two things, we had a good night."

"Went to have the endless shrimp platter. You get to choose 3 types of shrimp from their menu and two sides. Then you can get as much as you want. Plus the biscuits are free. This all cost $20.00 plus tax. So worth it. The service was excellent. Got there early so everything was fresh and hot."
