"We’ll never go again my co workers was hyping this restaurant up so I tried the one on 12 by John R me and my fiancée was highly disappointed the burger meat was so thin you could see the cheese threw it and one side was fried hard and his chicken on his sandwich was thin as well smh White Castle meat is thicker than what they served and the tables was dirty I had to wipe it off 2/15/24 the shakes was good tho"

"I went through the drive-thru to buy a concrete mixer and a small sundae for my daughter and I. Well, whoever I talk to was very rude. I didn't say put fudge in my sundae but they automatically put fudge. So when I notice that he put that on the screen I said "I don't want fudge in my sundae just a plain sundae" then their response was "you said sundae right? That's how we make our sundae. Pull forward." Okay but you gave me a concrete mixer with no toppings. Please make it make sense. They only put salted Carmel in my concrete mixer. The only reason why I'm giving two stars because culvers custard are really good. I was very upset about the service I received. But the lady at the window gave me a scoop of vanilla for my daughter."

"Party of 4. The restaurant was clean, the service was fast and the food was fresh. The visit occurred on a Saturday mid-day. We ordered the Smokehouse Burger with fries and sweet tea, cod meal with potatoes and broccoli and a grilled Reuben and a chocolate and vanilla shake. Our first visit. Will definitely return."

"Very good food made to order. The cod fillet dinner was excellent. It comes with coleslaw and fries, which we substituted with onion rings. Also, the butter burgers are delicious! I got caramelized onions added, which bought out even more of the flavor. I highly recommend having the onions grilled / caramelized on when getting a Culver's Burger deluxe. This is a true winning combination! As usual, the staff was very pleasant and attentive even though when the restaurant was very busy!"
