"Stopped and placed a carry out and they had a restaurant full of guests (2 were parties in the banquet area). Went to the store and came back and food was ready and the staff were exceptional and my dinty moore and the lemon rice soup were excellent! Anyone complaining about prices hasn’t been grocery shopping in a while and if you don’t want to pay for it and leave a tip then cook it yourself and see how much it will cost to get everything you need for everyone or it will probably cost same or even more for the initial ingredients."

"I was skeptical, I haven't been here in years since the owners changed the first time, but I am very happy we stopped and had lunch. It was a nice clean family restaurant with great service, and the portion size was good. We will definitely be going back again. The food was amazing"

"I eat here at least once or twice a week and it’s always delicious! The seasoned fries are seriously some of the best in the area, and the homemade soup is always fresh and soooo good. I recommend the Lemon Rice lol. Servers are always super kind and attentive too."

"I've been coming here for YEARS, literally. And I tip 30-50% every time because I use to be a server, I know that world. For a few months/ half a year there's been a new waitress here and you can see it on her face that she does, or used to do hard drugs. That's fine, I don't care about someone's personal life- the point currently is to describe her look. Initially she was SUPER nice and friendly, but then I made the mistake of bringing my mixed-race partner in to dine with me, and from that moment on, she was incredibly cold and rude. I should've stopped going to this place from that moment on, but I like the family that owns the restaurant and they all seem friendly to me and my partner when we dine there- so I kept going. Folks, every time I eat there and this woman is working, she is so mean and rude and in new and different ways. Never once have I been rude to anyone here. In fact, Josie was very supportive when my grandma was passing away and a big reason why I kept coming back. This new waitress is mean for no reason. I don't deserve to be treated like that, especially if I'm paying money. Needless to say, I'm never going back."
