"Ordered 2 large chili as well as a large strawberry lemonade! Almost 15.00 later, both chilis COLD with one pack of crackers and the lemonade taste like garbage! Let's not forget the bad attitude from the drive through cashier. Come on now Wendy's. I've never been to this location before and will not return! Thanks for absolutely NOTHING!"

"We paid $35 for 3 meals. I ordered the expensive salad and the lettuce was brown and wilted. They used to give sour cream with the taco salad but no more. Service was excellent."

"I understand a business being busy during lunch. I got to the location at 11:31 and didn’t make it to the speaker until 11:51 where I was told they didn’t have the pumpkin frosty. I chose something else, no biggy. I got to the window at 12:02 only to be handed the wrong food. I had already pulled up from window so I had to go inside where I wasn’t greeted but treated rudely by the manager when I told her they gave me a nugget and fry and I ordered a #7. She snatched the bag from me in front of customers and employees and said “we have people training” not a sorry or anything. I didn’t leave the location until 12:12, wasted my entire lunch break just to get back to work and see that they also have me a SMALL chili and I paid for a large. The only good thing about my experience is the chili was actually good and full of meat but your Manager is awful and needs training herself on how to manage as I’ve been in her position as a manager of a fast food establishment and never have I been treated so poorly. Also to note there was bacon in the front Bain with out lids and flies were landing on the bacon visible to all of the customers in the store. I have pictures for proof."
