"I came in Saturday night (Feb 24) around 9:30, and there was a middle aged man who took my order. He was so incredibly kind and took time to figure out how I could get the best deal. I wish I knew his name, but I didn’t get it, however, that man needs a raise. He was so kind and I had the best customer service I’ve received in a very long time. I work in customer service myself, and this guy was beyond awesome."

"Disaster of a mess on Halloween. Received a promotion for the day and placed an online order at 12:30pm for pick up at 5pm. When I got there, there was a line to get in, no problem. Got to the register and I was told that my food wouldn't be ready for 25-30 minutes as it was already 5:10. Which means they were really behind and didn't even start to make my order. People in line also had pickups at 4:45 and was told the same. I cancelled my order as I shouldn't have to wait 40 minutes after the pickup time. Unacceptable and unprofessional not to have enough staff that day to have orders on time."

"I don't know how the food I yet but the customer service for deliveries is top notch best I have ever had ordering food. If the pizza is as good as the (Bella) girl taking orders im (sorry can't remember your name but I called at 130 on 10-24-2023 so whoever it is will know I'm talking about them.) Sure it'll be the best I've ever had I am very picky when it comes to where I order from but I'm a contractor #BrickworksPropertyResturation working on a home owners house so there wasn't many choices to get today. Pizza arrived as I was writing this so I can also comment on the pizza as well this has to be the BEST HUNGRY HOWIE'S IVE EVER EATEN!!!!! Thanks for the food and the exceptional speed and quality of the food I appreciate it very much because I was hungry today. I hope everyone that calls today has the same service and quality I got I had to call and get the name of the person I talk to talked because of my experience today. "Ordered a BBQ chicken on the website. It asked me if I wanted extra cheese. I did not Intend for extra cheese, but since they made a pop up come up asking me and saying "we promise it will be delicious"(literally)I said yes. Somehow between then and submitting the order it added another extra mozzarella, so I got a 3x mozzerlla..the pizza was disgusting and not edible when delivered. I ate one slice and gagged..there was like 4 layers of cheese, the bottom two not even cooked hardly. The whole cheese came off the slice as one goopy mess when i the first bite. I ordered butter crust, the entire pizza was soaking in butter So there was a glitch in their order form that messed up my order, easy to correct right? Just replace the pizza, give me a voucher for replacement pizza etc. Nope, I call and they said they can give me a free bread or pop next time I come? So now I'm out $32.00 I paid for this. This was disgusting and I would be careful ordering on howies online ordering system."
