"The staff is EXTREMELY rude! I walked in to an empty store, nobody greeted me. I said hello and they just stared at me. I placed my order and asked for a receipt. The guy behind the counter ignores me. The lady to his right making the sandwiches says it will be on the sandwich. I go to the end of the line where you pick up the sandwich and wait for my food. After about 4 minutes the guy comes down and says that’s yours. At no point, did anyone simply say your sandwich is ready before he came down minutes later. I asked for a bag and apparently, that was an inconvenience. Train the staff on better customer service skills. Especially when you have an empty store!"
"Horrible service. Don't order online. Don't bother calling, they won't answer. And if you ask why your order says it was delivered when it wasn't, they'll hang up on you after you finally get them to answer the phone. Jersey Mike's and Penn Station aren't too far from this location. I'd suggest them both before this."
