"Just because you "reviewed" the footage does not mean we were treated with very rudely. We most definitely got the impression of aggressions towards us for no reason and were spoken to rudely. You do not get to determine how we felt or took the mistreatment. My family members felt that there was a racist attitude towards them along with unaccaptable behaviour. Maybe you should teach your employees some manners before coming at us the wrong way."

"Beautiful location, getting a bit dangerous though at peak Aurora times to shoot here. There are fishing piers on either side of the bridge down sets of stairs. Deer frequent this area, so don't freak if you hear weird splashing."

"I don't like to write poor reviews, as I understand small businesses. However, I will be honest. I rented a boat about 9 days in advance when the forecast looked good. About 2 days later it changed to cold and rain. I understood the $100 non refundable deposit and their policy. However, I called about 2 days out and asked what happens if it rains. On the phone they said unless it was windy, unsafe or raining, it would be considered a boatable day. I canceled on the phone, because the weather was going to be cold regardless. The day of the rental it was raining. I called back and asked, under the circumstances, if I could ask for my $100 returned as it was now raining and based on the previous conversation rain constituted a legitimate 'no boating day'. I was told no, rain wouldn't be considered unsafe and therefore I could have taken the boat out. Bottom line, I would not get my $100 returned. So, I have no idea if their boats are good or if the interaction in their marina was good. I never got that far. This was my only interaction. I will not ask to rent from them again, however. I hope my review helps others. As the saying goes, buyer beware."

"Nice place to rent a boat on Glen Lake. Staff is friendly and the boats are decent. You can also rent a tube and go tubing. Dogs are welcome on the boats."

This is the first time we've rented and were beyond satisfied with our experience! Not only were all the employees personable and informative, but every aspect of the rental was five stars!
