"Overall the food was almost as to be expected by what is supposed to be the same quality standards across the board. It didn't taste bad, but the burger was definitely overcooked and the mozzarella were Luke warm at best. I could've over looked the food as its fast food ...I mean am I right? That being said it was the service for me. I am a skilled trade professional who works in customer service as well. Simple eye contact, and even an engaging question that I have become accustomed to it seems like everywhere I go. Maybe it was just the crew on shift on thus night. One will never know as I am just going to a different location going forward. Thanks for reading."

"Roast beef was small, ordered it cuz of the picture, huge, piled high, glistening & inviting. NOT at all what I received. Mine was a dull brown color, 1/2 the size & luke warm. Total let fine & bummer."

"Kudos for the staff helping with a mobile app problem and helping me with the special offer. Service was friendly, helpful, and fast. My order was correct and included napkins and the sauces I requested without having to remind them or repeat myself multiple time. The counter was clean and not ignored as at so many other restaurants. The food was fresh, made to order, carefully prepared so as not to be a sloppy mess, and hot. The dining area was clean and comfortable. An employee was actively cleaning and sanitizing and most importantly respectful of my dining so as not to intrude or potentially contaminate my food with spray from the cleaning bottle. Pleasant experience overall and most importantly provide fast service, hot food, value, cleanliness and friendly encounters that felt genuine. This was a meal worth the price and flawlessly executed."
