"We asked for cheese sliders with everything.....that includes mustard and ketchup. I guess if you're busy partying you can't remember or read the orders. It took 20 minutes to get it. Dry cheeseburgers. Fries were cooked in dirty oil crumbs and overcooked. Too much money for bad food."

"Food was good but service was awful. Apparently you have to to tell them if you want ketchup and mustard. Been eating White Castle for years and I’ve always been asked. I got up to the window and asked and the worker refused to put mustard/ketchup on my food. I asked for packets on the side and was met with attitude about that as well. I said thank you and have a nice night and the door was slammed in my face without one word. If I was told nothing came on it, I would have asked for it to be put on. I will for sure reach out to corporate about the lack of kindness at this location."

"The cleanest, friendliest and tastiest White Castle I have ever dined in. The food was fresh and hot. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!"

"This White Castle on Greenfield in Oak Park is a clean location. I came to this location after 1am. Everything else outside of Taco Bell is closed at this time. They stay open extremely late if not 24 hrs. The employees on the midnight shift are personable, friendly and serve food hot and fresh, which after 1am is all you can ask. There is a wait in line that takes about 25-30 min but it's OK considering they are understaffed. I've been coming to this location for years and I'll keep dropping by every now and then."
