"Lately the kids there have been rude with no leasership, today I figured delivery nade an order paid for it just to find out 15 min later it was cancelled then tried again and again order cancelled called support and was told the store is closed but thry still took 2 payments and it will take 10 days to get the money refunded. For a multi national company this is horrible 1st if a store is closed turn it off and definitely don’t take a payment at a store that is closed. It’s disingenuous. Bad business"

"Here now passed opening time and the door is still locked, employees inside looking to see if we were still waiting outside the locked door after opening time with kids... Situations like this can become dangerous, either from an upset costumer or an employee acting out. Do not visit here."

"Terrible pizza I ordered a lunch combo and the pizza had to be a day old there's no way the crust is stale and sauce is dried up on a fresh pizza especially when I got the pizza 1 hour after they opened don't belleville the 5star reviews they are fake. Just the smell the pizza gave off you can tell it was not made today."

"Ordered online for pick up, email confirmation received of my payment and order to be ready 15 mins later… when I arrived doors Locked with no one inside…hours posted on door and online say they open at 11 and it is now noon…30 mins now after my order was supposed to be ready. No one is answering when I call. DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS and payment if you are not open or planning to open when scheduled to. I specifically ordered online for ease and quickness…now I have to waste more time cancelling this order and getting food somewhere else. AWFUL !! Not how you run a business!"
