"Slow drive through where they make you pull to the second window yet continue serving food out the first window making you feel low priority. Can never remember the condiments that I paid for (they never forget to take my money tho) and are incredibly dismissive. Food is mediocre at their peak quality."

"Service is always good, the fries are always fresh and hot. Don’t eat a lot of fast food but when I have a fry craving, I always hit up their quick drive thru."

"Customer Service is terrible here they will see you at the speaker looking out the window and no one else is in line and take like 3-5mins to ask you what you would like. then when they do ask you they say "what you want?" with a attitude, like i'm not here for food. then they hand out old food to you fries not even crispy like they have been sitting for hours soaked in oil. Chicken bites taste and feel like they have been in a warmer for hours. also the inside is very dirty does not look like they clean anything you can see it in the drive thru I've been to other checker locations and none of them taste like this place Take my advice and don't go here"

"My order was all messed up, but the parts that were there were good. Ordered the new steakhouse double, received nothing on it but patties, bacon and cheese. No crunchy things, no anything else. Service was a little slow for there being only 1 person in line. I love Checkers/ Rally's, but this one was not the best."

"The service worker was polite and waited for me and my family to look at the menu, and was very accurate while placing our order and read to us our order. Everything was perfect and great quality. When I told them it was my birthday, the service person and the grill person both said Happy Birthday to me in a very excitable manner. They both were polite and happy. It seemed like a great environment to be in. I've had some bad experiences at this Checkers with the evening crew and will never go back at night, but I will return again during the day!"
