Little Caesars Pizza

"Not sure what the problem is but… I placed my order at 6:35 pm on a Saturday night, my confirmation said it would be ready at 7:05/7:10pm. I get there at 7:15/7:20pm. They said they just put my order into the oven and it would be another 20 minutes. It seemed like there was alot of workers but there was a line of customers all waiting and mad that their orders weren’t ready. Went home and came back at 7:50pm and my order was finally ready. I don’t come here often but this is a reason to not come back. The staff was nice but nice alone ain’t gonna cut it. Y’all gotta do better than this."

"Horrible experience here with the current manager. I had multiple pieces of nasty hair (blonde and black) on my pizza and inside of the box. Did not expect to be told there was nothing she could do. The laziness of her response made it even more worse after she showed how much she didn’t care. That was the most trifling food I’ve ever received from an establishment and the absolute worst customer service from an “manager”."

"They take orders then give your food away and make you wait 30 minutes only to get your food and it's not what you ordered/burned or both. When you point out it's burned they throw it on the table with attitude and say it will be 15-20 minutes before they can replace it. This was my last time coming here this happens almost every time the service is terrible. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Baldwin location better service and the food you paid for is done right."
