"The two times I went my food was cold. TODAY I placed an order online, before 1030, for breakfast and I get there to get my food and they’re menus all have breakfast on them and the tells me that they’re only serving lunch today….. She told me to go request a refund. It’s going to take 5-10 business days to get my money back. If you were only serving lunch (during breakfast hours) you should have changed your menus AND cancelled my order, not accepted it. That’s dumb and your customer service sucks."

"I go to this BK location frequently for breakfast. I order the same thing most times. Double Croissan'wich with Bacon and Sausage. 9/10 times it gets entered wrong and I have to correct them. Also probably half of the time, the food is wrong anyway (either double bacon, double sausage or not even double anything). I've tried giving my order different ways, even reading the menu exactly like it is listed and somehow they always enter it incorrectly. Morning wait times are all over the place. Some mornings it's very fast, others it's extremely slow."

"The food here was awful. My burgers were cold in the center. The cheese was ice cold as well. The mozzarella sticks were hard as a rock. There is also a manager here claiming to be the owner and treating customers like garbage. The only positive about this place was the regular employees. They were kind and you could tell that the manager treats them worse than the customers."
