"Ordered on the app for pickup. Received a notice the order was ready. Arrived and checked in. After waiting 15 minutes I walked into the restaurant to be told they were just starting to prepare the order."

"I've tried to be pleasant every time I go in there, the last time I went, the manager I think is the one who took over making my sub while the young lady who started my sub was in training and trying to learn.... rude!!!! I just now did a door dash delivery and apparently they don't accept special requests- we have to call them, I'm on my 4th or 5th call right now because I want my bun double toasted and NO ONE answered my call - right now I'm on call #6 I will definitely order from a different subway in the future- not this one!!!!!! "Best service, I've had a horrible day! But the two ladies that were working here Saturday night 11/11/23 went above and beyond. From my purse strap breaking, my glasses breaking, getting rear-ended, and having to have an in and out surgery. They made my night better. They made my favorite soup for me when I had called over the phone just to see if they had it , nothing was going right today but they fixed it for me just with a cup of soup and a smile and saying that they Hope this will make me feel better. I ended up buying all of the soup that she made not just the one cup. I would give them way more than five stars. Thank you for taking the time to read my comment."

"They still have the store closed and the speaker is hard to hear. The people are nice but I have often had issues with getting the food correct. Most the time it is small things. Dressing on sub when asked for in the slide Wrong type of cheese, or no cheese Out of items"

"Usually the my order is on point. But on 06/05.2021, I ordered a roasted chicken sandwich and they didn't COOK THE CHICKEN! On top of that, my sandwich was suppose to have the following, extra onions, jalapeno peppers, chipotle dressing tomatoes, provolone cheese and spinach on flat bread. I got a raw not roasted chicken with lettuce, spinach, cucumbers slices, green pepper slices, tomatoes slice, no sauce at all on flat bread! The biggest problem with Subway, you can not call them to make sure they understand the order! Below is an example of what the chicken is suppose to look like! The next photo is the sandwich with RAW chicken breast! I have spent 35+ years in customer service!, when a person has been working in that type of service, they notice the poor service much sooner than others! This is very poor service! NOT ACCEPTABLE!"
