"Had surgery on my knee earlier this month and I was so pleased with the care I received! The nurses and doctors were all so nice and understanding of my worries. I brought a stuffed rabbit for comfort and when I woke up in the recovery room after the procedure, I found that someone had tucked my rabbit back between my arm and my side. Very nice people all around!"

"I want to highlight the radiology department at Trinity health. I’ve been dealing with some pretty scary symptoms and the Trinity team understood and took care of me with compassion. As soon as I got ready for my MRI the team was upbeat, cheerful, and caring. I was scared walking in, but the treatment from the staff made me instantly relax. Not only were they prompt and caring, but I got my results back within hours, which is unheard of. I want to thank the team. The main reason I’m writing this review, however, is for Erin in central scheduling. I was scheduled for another procedure and was hoping to get my MRI moved up. After calling multiple times to ask about cancellations Erin took my number down. I didn’t hear from her over the weekend but on Monday I get a call from her saying there was a cancellation and she wanted to make sure I had the chance before she booked it again. When I told you I could have cried. I hope Trinity reads this and gives a “good job” to Erin for going above and beyond to give patients a good experience."
