Papa Romano's Pizza & Mr. Pita 33523 Eight Mile Road, Livonia, MI 48152

"Ordered delivery and waited 70+ minutes for it to arrive then when we got our food it was barely warm, Called about it not being delivered yet and was told "tell them were backed up on delivery orders" Yet the receipt said Order #33.... how are you that backed up on 33 orders in the day? First time ordering and never again. And upon reading the replies from the "Owner" they have been training and learning from mistakes for a VERY long time."

"Papa Romanos has been my go to place for a long time and especially the Livonia location. Our order was made perfectly! My husband got his deep dish made the way he always likes it, extra sauce and well done and the wings were cooked well done as well just the way we like it. The antipasto we got tasted very fresh. We love this place!"

"Terrible Experience, had to wait extra 30 minutes with no explanation though I heard them say that was that order...then I get home 10 minutes away and the pizzas aren't cooked through so now I have bake them myself. Pasta was mush in the pasta salad. Even better, the mgr has a bag of chips on the food line, no gloves in and long hair she moved with her hands. Health inspector time and they wanted me to drive all the way back to get the order fixed, enough is enough ...what you get happend to customer service."

"I dont usual make bad reviews because I know businesses have issues just like anyone else BUT i called to let them know there was an issue with my wings she asked how they looked i told her like someone bit them (not saying they did, but that was the only way to describe it) the owner then got on the phone and said “Nobody ate your food” “we dont touch the food” and i told her i didnt say anyone ate off of them thats just how they look and that im a customer so she should be able to accommodate me , she started being rude and said someone can come back and get the food i told her no not to send anyone back to my house and as im writing this they are at my front door , so unprofessional and I order from here alot due to convince , never again. Poor customer service"

"I usually go to the Middlebelt location but this one was close to where I needed to be. I've tried them before and wasn't happy but I thought I'd give them a second chance. Sorry that I did. The pizza was great but the breadsticks were horrible. They forgot the pizza sauce and had hardly any cheese on them. They were basically just cooked dough."
