"Imagine working for an owner who hired a former in-home daycare owner as their manager, a mother, daughter, and the boss' niece working together at the same time. They lacked business and professional skills. They always sided with family and not the employee themselves. I was let go due to false rumors (they didn't give me a chance to explain nor did they want to hear it) and just because I couldn't get along with my coworkers. The worst part of it all? Is that the manager locked me out of the establishment when I was supposed to be working that day (they didn't have the decency to call me) IN THE RAIN. Poor professionalism. I should have reviewed them years ago. Don't send your child here. Their rates are overpriced and they don't provide meals (only pizza Fridays). They also hired people who aren't educated in the early childhood field when legally, they needed to get their CDAs. I was the only employee certified to teach. They're a joke. Find a better daycare."
