"Come here often and it's typically pretty reliable. It's a good location. Inside is nice and newly renovated, including big tablet order kiosks. Service and the time it takes to get your order can be somewhat hit or miss; staffing tends to not be great, but it typically isn't for the whole industry anymore."
"This place is improving. Idk if it was just the time I sent recently ir if they're striving to do better. Typically it's someone on the drive-thru with a bad attitude, getting the order wrong, rushing me and saying what their out of. This time around the young lady was very sweet, and she packed my order very neat and did a great job serving me."
"I visited the KFC location in Canton, MI. I ordered using the kiosk. The ordering process was pretty simple. The restaurant was clean. I received my order pretty quickly. I ordered the three piece original box meal with lemonade. The lemonade was delicious. The chicken was old and overcooked. Customer service was an employee calling my name and handing me a cup and a bag with my food in it."
"Always like coming here when I do and most of the time the food is already ready for me. And if they forget to give something in my order they have no problem giving it to me. Definitely better than Popeyes in customer service and food being good and not being dry or crusty."
