Panera Bread

"I am a member of the Sip club. I like to be able to run in and use the self serve kiosk to get a charged lemonade or coffee. A few months back they moved the charged lemonade so you can't help yourself. You have to wait and use pickup. So, I switched to coffee because it was still quick and self serve. Well, they took that away too! Just annoying."

"I purchased two bowls of soup, 16.???, but bowls were half full. It's on thing to cost 8.00 for the soup, but you could at least fill it up. I feel robbed. Shrinkflation is Real. My feelings are Truly hurt."

"So I gave this Panera a bad review a few months ago. Messed up my order. I decide to give it another try today, rather than go to another, out of my way. Once again I order a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. The receipt clearly says bacon, yet there's not a piece on my sandwich. Expensive meal to be wrong! This Panera sucks and I will never go there again! What a waste of time and money"

"We love Panera Bread, but this is the worst location for delivery. We've made several orders, and something is always missing. Today my salad dressing was missing, and my wife's salad was totally wrong. Before, my drink was missing. Before that, no chicken on my wife's chicken salad. So don't get deliveries from here. Go in and double check your order. No one is checking. For a $50 order someone should be paying a little attention."

"Went for breakfast with my daughter, we ordered an egg and cheese sandwich, and green tea. 20 minutes later, I went to check on the order. The kitchen was a mess, dirty: workers hads in everything, ham, cheese, eges, cooking pots all at once.. very disgusting, the place was dirty, the sandwich we got I won't give to my dog. The manager apologized, but it didn't change the fact. I don't recommend this place."
