Jet's Pizza 15450 Haggerty Road, Plymouth, MI 48170

"Hate to leave a bad review, but this is the closest Jets to my house, and my family will go out of our way to avoid the unpleasantness and slowness of this location. They have a very narrow lobby, and keep customers waiting a long time, around 15-20 minutes after the order is supposed to be done. They don't even attend the counter regularly, so a half-dozen people might be in there for 10-15 minutes before even being able to say they're here for a pickup. That's the situation I encountered last night after my wife mistakenly ordered from this one. But we'd experienced that several times before. The Jets at Beck and 5 is great. Or Ann Arbor Road and Sheldon. This one -- not so much."

"Jets is my go to place for a variety of pizza styles with endless options / ingredients! I bounce between the square deep dish and traditional round hand tossed. Never had a bad experience in my years of enjoying Jets Pizza!"

"Ordered a $300 pizza/salad order for work from this location. I called in the order to be able to utilize a coupon. I told them to add 10% tip. When it was delivered, the guy told me he added 20% to the bill for a tip. I had him change it to 10% which was awkward but their employee who took the order over the phone should have gotten it right. On the positive side: The order came on time, the delivery person was really friendly, but when unpacking the pizzas I saw that they didn't label the 11 pizzas at all. When serving 25 people it's nice when they see on the outside of the box what's on the inside. (Therefore not breathing over each pizza by opening up every one). I did my best to guess but I think it's the pizza place's responsibility to label them. (Cottage Inn is our true favorite. GREAT tasting pizzas, lots of deals, great customer service and each pizza is clearly labeled). I won't use this 5 Mile & Haggerty store again."
