"disgusting customer service!! we ordered at 12pm knowing that they’d be busy because it’s football season. my dad waited for our food for an hour after the promised time and was sent away with “it just needs 10 minutes” 3 separate times. when my dad finally got frustrated, the worker was extremely disrespectful and rude and basically told him to leave if he didn’t like it. genuinely never coming back and will never ever recommend this place to anyone again. ratchet boys working with absolutely no respect or understanding of basic customer service etiquette. i wish there was 0 stars."
"They were running a pizza special which clearly only states “one topping.” So I call to order the special, then and only then do they say, the topping applies to veggie toppings only. Pepperoni is $2 extra! No thank you, never again. They seem to make up rules and prices as they go."
"Some skinny rat guy that was working here lookin like master splinter wearing a hat had me waiting for 50 minutes for my food. I did not mind this it was a busy day during football season. When I finally got to the front of the line he starts cussing me out and says he’s not gonna service me because I cut in line, I didn’t cut in line, the guy they were helping ordered more food then me came in after me and ordered for a later pick up time then me."
"The veggie pizza was my favorite. How they get the crust so crispy yet soft. The stuffed pizza was a little less desirable. Very thin, mostly dough, hardly any filling."
"Outstanding food, services, and atmosphere. Good childhood memories flooded back after eating just as good if not better food than I remembered. I’ll be a regular for sure, and they would have gotten more stars but I guess 5 is it. They got a new remodel… the mural would have been nice to see but beautiful choice of tile. Also, the fries were incredible!"
