Little Caesars Pizza

"This place is always crowded and unorganized. Most of the staff come across rude or very short with their customer service. The sad part is people are forced to either deal with it because of the location being convenient or being inconvenienced by having to drive to a further location to avoid the madness at this location."

"In my opinion Little Caesars have a decent Pizza when it's made fresh. Their crazy bread is good when it's made right. When you order crazy bread you're ordering it for the butter and the parmesan that's what gives it its taste thats why most people order it. My last two orders from Little Caesars have been terrible. This crazy bread is so dry whoever package this should be written up. If this is acceptable to Little Caesars and their management I have to say it's terrible and there needs to be some retraining. I get annoyed when I pay my money for something and you don't get what you're paying for, who wants crazy bread that look like this I'm pissed"

"I was just in there less than an hour ago and what I experienced was so God awful. The cashier was so rude to all of the customers and even berates an older women. She thought she didn’t receive who full change and instead of properly educating her, he talks to her like she is 3 yrs old. I’m so sick of this location with its poor customer service and long waits for hot and ready. It’s needs to be completely gutted and rehauled!!!!!!!!!"

"I placed my order online at 5:52 p.m. and I arrived at 6:55 to pickup. My order was supposed to be available for pickup at 6:39-6:49, when I get there store is packed. The lady behind the counter asked if anyone was there for pickup. I said yes I am I provided her with my order number and my name she said oh yes your order is ready. After wedding an additional 10 minutes I go back up to the window and she's asking if anyone is waiting for their order, Yes me, my name again is Annette and I provided the order number. The customer service at this particular location is the worst I don't care if you place your order ahead of time it is never ready when you get there. They don't know how to greet you, they don't say hello how may I help you, they're lacking so much in this location. The food is good but the customer service is the worst."

"This location has gone downhill and unfortunately I can no longer support. Had an online order and still had to wait 30 mins after arriving. Get home and see that my pizza was undercooked and wings were cold. So disappointed."
