"They're very famous for telling you that there's nothing that they can do. After being told this once again I waited for discharge papers. The discharge papers never showed up, eventually I had to just find my own way out."
"I have a serious complaint. Recently I was in NOCH. I was was admitted and taken very good care of. They even discovered that I'm in afib and that wasn't the reason I was there. So my wife went yesterday. She was treated incredibly poorly. She came in with an infection in her foot, and pain shooting up her leg. She was given nothing for the pain. They barely looked at her feet. She has a giant slash on one foot and an open weeping wound on the other. She is also a diabetic. She was given IV antibiotics a prescription and pushed out the door. Mind you my wife has missing toes and bones in both feet. They did not clean and look at her feet. They didn't even bandage them! I realize it's a small town hospital, but certain things should be done regardless. Why was she treated like crap, when I was treated the complete opposite! Do better NOCH!"
"Just had hip surgery and can't say enough nice things about this hospital! From atmosphere to nursing everything was spot on and I wouldn't hesitate to come here again. Thank you all for the care I was given. Larry"
"Take your chances and make the trip to any other hospital on the west side. All the other negative reviews are 100% accurate. The night staff here, at best, do not feel any urgency to help you. You will sit in agony and fear for hours on end only interrupted by flatly repeated patient history questions. I got actual pain management 2 hours into an ER visit and that felt like light speed compared to previous visits. Every time I've brought someone else here it's been the same. Cold and disinterested doctors and nurses who only want to ask you the same questions you've answered 4 times already and then disappear for hours and let you fend for yourself. They don't take you seriously and it feels like they actively hate you being there."
