"Decent folks. A bit of a wait time, but I had a couple of ailments diagnosed pretty quickly. If you're broke and have no other options, it's worth a shot?"

"I hope I never have to use this facility, doctor very unprofessional, missed diagnosis, said I had 2 HUGE chunks of earwax, but he was not about to waste the nurses time, dealing with it. I ended up with RSV, Scary illness, takes every amount of energy to get through day. 5 days later still struggling, thinking clearer, Bad experience!"

"I have been to this urgent care twice this year and both times were outstanding. I was seen very quickly and the staff is extremely friendly and thorough. I am so grateful for this location! Highly recommend."

"Kid and baby friendly!!!! Took my daughter here this morning (Sunday) and the staff was wonderful! Especially Chelsea the vital nurse. I’ve never had such a calm and relaxing doctors visit with a toddler before. Will definitely be my go to clinic!"

"When I went into urgent care (on Thursday), the nurse practitioner said “you’re going to have to tell them you’re limited.” Pretty much refusing to write me a note. They splinted it, didn’t reset it, and sent me on my way. They told me a doctor would call me and set up an appointment. Today I called back, asking for a doctors note. I work during the weekend in manufacturing 12hrs a day. So it’s very hard to work with a broken hand. The woman on the other end had my information pulled up, said she would call me back, and then never did. I waited hours until urgent care closed, and went to the er. I’ve had plenty of people say urgent care should have and could give me a note. Even the ER nurses and doctor were confused why I was treated like that. So why not? My hand is broken.. People get notes for colds. I just feel like urgent care was such a waist of time. If I knew they were going be like that I would have gone to the er instead. I now have an er bill plus the $250 copay. Just to get a doctors note excusing me from work this weekend. I had to use my personal time just to go to the er and get a note, which should have already been provided. It’s just disappointing, I feel like it wasn’t handled professionally by the urgent care nurse."
