"Dr. Wilson is a nice man but unfortunately this office comes up short when you are in need of refills and/or appointments. The office manager when confronted with some flaws and possible HIPPA violations instead of staying on the line she (Jill) hangs up on you! The professionalism is lacking here and according to the staff themselves Dr. Wilson is “just too busy”. Imagine being a patient just trying to get medication NEEDED- and promised month after month it would be filled in a timely manner and it never happening. I would advise going to another office in town to avoid any issues with the staff, timing and blatant disrespect. It should be noted that we’ve been patients here since before the ownership/name change, so a few years now. This review doesn’t reflect a one time problem, we’ve been VERY kind and understanding for OVER A YEAR of this medication/too busy problem but enough is enough!"
